Dr. Robert Strell, MD (“the Practice”) may send SMS (text) messages to patients and subscribers who have provided express consent to receive such communications.
Consent to Receive Text Messages
Patients and website visitors may opt in to receive SMS messages by:
Submitting their mobile number through appointment request forms on www.drrobertstrell.com
Completing written consent forms in the office
Explicitly requesting SMS communication for appointment and promotional updates
Website forms include a checkbox confirming agreement to receive SMS communications. Message frequency varies.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required as a condition of receiving medical treatment.
